The resort is now pretty much divided into three sections; If you want a flavour of old Canaria, pick your Correlajo summer holiday accommodation in the old town with the cute harbour and a dinky beach (Playa La Clavellina) perfect for the kids. If you like boats, stay around the more modern Marina but most people tend to head for the beach and resort area which is ideal for bathing but also a great place for the water sports facilities that are excellent right across the island.

A summer holiday to Correlajo is full of things to do. As well as the water sports there are plenty of other ways to let off some steam – everybody loves the Baku Water Park and there’s tons of stuff to keep the kids happy whilst mum and dad just relax and enjoy the chilled out vibe. Shopping is either in the local market or shopping malls and there are fab arts and crafts stalls in the old town. With a great menu of bars and restaurants and nightspots on offer as well, a summer holiday to Correlajo is the complete package.
