Summer Holidays in May
May has arrived, winter is just a cold memory and summer is on the horizon! The days are continuously getting longer, warmer and more enjoyable for all. If you are just itching to get away on that long-awaited summer holiday then why not go in May? May holidays mean you can get the best of both worlds; wonderful sunshine holidays at a brilliant price and then return home for the UK's main summer months... perfect!
If you like a bit of romance, relaxation and relief from day-to-day routine, then May could truly be the ideal time to go on your summer holiday. Children are still in school; so if you fancy a quieter break without the splashing and screaming then May is the time to go.
Similarly if you love the sun but don't like to be roasted, then May is generally a suitable time to go to most holiday destinations, as they aren't at their hottest until July or August.
Spain is one of the most popular destinations at all times of the year, however in May it is still beautifully warm with fewer tourists and therefore cheaper rates. There is plenty to do in all the various areas of Spain; so have a look at the choice of resorts available to you and choose the one that attracts you the most.
Fancy going a little further? Then why not try Florida in May. The temperature is at an average of 35 degrees Celsius for those sunshine addicts. There is still a little breeze in the air and you will miss the main tornado season. Florida provides attractions for all ages and all interests. Spend some time in the entertaining Orlando and visit the hilarious theme parks or if you love the beach then try Miami or Palm Beach for some soft, silky sand beaches and beautiful waters.
So why not extend that May Day holiday and make it a May Summer holiday. Get your brilliantly priced May holiday booked today!
