Truthfully there is little to do in the pretty town other than wander the streets, browsing the shops and enjoying the bars and restaurants and for anything other than pure relaxation with a laid back atmosphere, the excitement factor of an Olhos d’Agua summer holiday is found elsewhere. If you don’t mind the walk it’s only 40 minutes to the happening “Strip” of Albufeira or get the bus or a taxi. Or head to the elegant marina of Vilamoura to admire the sleek white yachts. There’s plenty to do in the immediate environs that supplement the tranquillity of a summer holiday to Olhos d’Agua.
